Our activities

We meet every Tuesday evening at the FabLab Bergamo location to discuss the evolution of free software in an informal setting, but also by organizing training sessions.
We freely discuss the week’s news, listen to one another and offer advice on tools to use, problems encountered during the week, and how to tackle those of the coming week.
Of course, we’re happy to help anyone who comes to visit us and asks for help with installing, updating, and optimizing Linux machines; we’ve joined the End of 10 campaign precisely for this reason.
We’re open all year round - come visit us.
A non-exhaustive list of activities carried out by BgLUG:
- informal discussions about free software
- organizing training courses on free software and open environments in general, including in collaboration with FabLab Bergamo
- organizing or participating as a group in national and international events (e.g., Linux Day, MERGE-it, Software Freedom Day, FOSDEM)
You can get an idea of our activities by checking out the events pages and our posts.
We also recommend checking out FabLab Bergamo’s events.
